I accepted the day/time and received the usual text confirmations from the company including another on Tuesday, April 19th.On the day of the appointment, April 21st, I received a text message at 6:46 AM from Keala: "Hello this Keala first appointment canceled thi morning wondering if 8am works for you guys". I was advised that Thursday, April 21st was that day. So, following the above incident, I once again asked, "When is the next available 9:30 AM appointment?". ![]() All spelling and grammatical errors are hers, which should tell you something.I have explained to their scheduler, "Josh" multiple times and in great detail why the 9:30 AM time is important to us. At 8:43 AM I received a text message from the groomer, "Keala": "a pup was book uncorrectly i should be there at 10:30". Most recently.I scheduled (well in advance) a Monday, April 4, 9:30 AM grooming appointment for our two dogs. cancellations by them and am told they do not intend to change the way they schedule and do business. I have had numerous scheduling problems and. Apparently this company believes appointments should be at the convenience of their groomers, not their customers. ![]()
